DreamCore s.r.o. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the personal data of our players ("you" or "user"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you download, install, and play our mobile application Sweet Pop (the "Game"), as well as when you visit our official landing page.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By installing, accessing, or playing Sweet Pop, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or play the Game.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your device when you play the Game, and through third-party platform integrations.

    Support Communications: If you contact us directly via email or customer support channels, we collect your email address, name, and the contents of your message, including any attachments or diagnostic screenshots you provide.

    In-App Purchases: All financial transactions (e.g., purchasing coin packs, boosters, or ad-free passes) are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking details. We only receive non-financial purchase receipts and transaction identifiers to deliver your purchased virtual items.

B. Information Collected Automatically

    Device and Technical Identifiers: Device model, hardware specifications, operating system version, screen resolution, unique device identifiers (IDFV for iOS, Android Advertising ID/GAID), IP address, and language settings.

    Gameplay Data: Level progress, scores, star ratings, boosters used, virtual currency balances, session duration, level completion times, crash reports, and technical performance metrics.

    Ad-Related Data: Advertising ID, ad impressions, and ad interactions (if opt-in personalized advertising is supported).

C. Information from Third-Party Services

    Gaming Networks: If you choose to log in using Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, we receive your public player ID, display name, avatar, and cloud save tokens to sync your game progress across devices and populate global leaderboards.

We use the collected information for legitimate operational, technical, and commercial purposes, including:

    Core Gameplay Functionality: Saving your level progress, syncing save files via cloud services, and unlocking purchased items and daily rewards.

    Game Performance and Analytics: Monitoring game stability, diagnosing crashes, optimizing load times, and balancing level difficulty.

    Player Support: Responding to bug reports, restoring lost accounts, and resolving transaction disputes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing Data

    Performance of a Contract: Processing necessary to provide you with access to the Game and process virtual item purchases.

    Consent: Where required by law, such as accessing your Advertising ID for personalized advertisements or receiving promotional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time via your device settings.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for monetary consideration. We may share your information under the following limited circumstances:

    Third-Party Service Providers: We work with trusted SDK providers for cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support (e.g., Firebase, Unity Analytics). These providers access data solely to perform services on our behalf.

    Platform Operators: Apple Inc. and Google LLC receive data necessary to manage app distribution, cloud saves, achievements, and processing in-app purchases.

    Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users or the public.

    Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of company assets, user data may be transferred as part of the business assets.

5. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

Sweet Pop may integrate third-party analytics and advertising frameworks to analyze player behavior and deliver non-intrusive ad banners or rewarded video ads.

These third-party SDKs may use cookies, tracking pixels, or device identifiers to collect non-sensitive usage data. You can control or opt-out of interest-based advertising directly through your mobile device's privacy settings:

    iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track").

    Android: Settings > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Ads (select "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID").

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your game data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with game services. If you remain inactive for an extended period, we may archive or anonymize your data.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including rights under GDPR, CCPA, and app store policies), you have the right to:

    Request the permanent deletion of your account and associated game data.

To request full deletion of your data, email us at support@sweetpopgame.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and provide your in-game User ID (found in the Game Settings menu). We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Sweet Pop is designed as a general-audience Match-3 puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain European jurisdictions).

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under the applicable legal age without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately from our systems.
